Mattie Starts 1st Grade

Mattie started first grade at her new school Puckett's Mill yesterday and she loves it! Praise the Lord her teacher is a Believer and many church members work there or have children there! It is a brand new school so everything is state of the art and super cool! I wish my school had of been that cool! I have even let Mattie ride the bus!!! Yes you read it right -the bus!!! Each subdivision in Hamiliton Mill has it's own school bus and each child has an assigned seat so she is riding with all of the kids in our small subdivsion! There are more parents at the bus stop than kids and it's been a great way to get to know my neighbors better! More pictures are to come!

We just got back from an awesome vacation to Disney World in Orlando Fl. It was Hannah's first time on a plane and she loved it!!! We stayed inside the Walt Disney World resort at the All Star Movies Resort which was so cool- we stayed in the "Herbie -the Lovebug building"and truly had a blast. The resort was so cool! Each building had it's own theme from Buzz Lightyear to The Toy Story all with 3-story characters!! We were there for 6 days and truly made the most of the Disney experience! We got the meal plan with our trip this year and it was AWESOME!!! We ate at the nicest restaurants all over the Disney World resort from breakfast at the Grand Floridan Spa with Mary Poppins to riding the monorail to dinner over looking the water at the Polynesian Resort at Chef Mickey's!! The food was fabulous- buffet style prime rib, smoked salmon, and desserts galore!! We went to the Magic Kingdom which is always the best first. We ended our day at the magic kingdom with dinner in the park at the Crystal Palace with Pooh and friends and a trip down the lazy river boat ride. We went to the Animal Kingdom the second day which was fascinating! We went on an African Safari and got to see lions, giraffes, rhinos, elephants and more!! God has an amazing mind!!! We saw animals we did not even know existed!! We also ate breakfast inside the park at Donald's house which was out of this world!! They even had mini Belgian waffles shaped like Mickey Mouse!! We went to Downtown Disney next and stayed in the Disney Princess store for over 2 hours!!! The girls went wild!! We also enjoyed our pool and playground and all the cool stores and shops at our resort!! On our next day we went to Hollywood studios and Mattie and Seth had a blast watching the Indiana Jones stunt show!! We also enjoyed the coolest Finding Nemo show ever! We ended that day with the awesome "Fantasmic" show in the amphitheater- super cool!! On our last morning before we flew home we went to eat breakfast with Minnie and friends at the Beach Club Resort- another out of this world place!! We had such an amazing trip!! Thank you Lord for such an awesome vacation!!
